"Everybody
Artist" is kind of a Bob Dylanish tune I think and I kept the graphic
style all in black and white. I'm a big fan of Howard Smith' 1982 movie
Gizmo, and it struck me that the vibe of that movie can be adapted to
the philosophy of my song. So I recycled a lot of the film's footage
about man's perpetual dream of flying! (By
the way, you can watch Howard's entire film on YouTube)
There's
more to that particular dream than meets the eye, I believe.

During
Christmas 2003 Rolf and his brother Robert, who is a professional cameraman
in Frankfurt/M, shot a video for the song Darkness. It is set in the
wild and beautiful landscape of the island Tunø (population 90)
in the stormy Cattegat, where the brothers grew up. The rural scenery
fits well to the imagery in the lyrics. There was plenty of footage,
so Rolf ended up making a video for André's Naked Bulb remix
as well a much more sinister vision than for the folk song.

John
Kent, a good friend of Lars and of the band in general, shot some great
footage of a little outdoor concert we played during Århus Festival
Week (Gyngen, Sept. 3, 2005). Len is standing in for her temp, Anni,
and had promised to go into labour on stage to our disappointment
she couldn't keep that promise though she's bouncing around enough:
